How to Stay Running Through Life

  • You love running, you want to stay running long term, why not learn how to get ahead of the next running-related injury?
  • In this course, you will start off in the first lesson by completing a series of self-screens to see if you have a complete or incomplete checklist for the “must haves” in order to run with low injury risk.  This checklist will turn into your personalized report card to keep track of the range of motion, strength, mobility, endurance, and coordination that are required to run with a low risk of injury.
  • In the following three lessons you will learn strategies for how to fill in the missing gaps on your report card.
  • You will end the course having built an individualized program to help you become a strong, more resilient runner, which will allow you the best chance possible to continue running for years to come.
  • Cost is $25/ class for the 4 week-series. The entire series must be paid for in advance to participate totaling $100 
  • The course is provided in a digital format, however if you have a group of 5+ that would like to take it in person, you can schedule that with Dr. Jess via email ([email protected]). 
 Disclaimer- This course is not designed to treat any specific dysfunction or pain; it is a course to learn prevention of injury.  If you are experiencing specific symptoms, it is recommended that you speak with your physician or a well-trained Physical Therapist.
