Learn How to Implement a Well-Rounded Running Program Into Your Life

 

After participating in our foundational running course, join us for this interactive course where we get moving and practice running drills, running form, interval training, and cross training with body weight support exercise and TRX system.

  • In this course, you will start off in the first lesson by getting laced up and running form assessed by your instructor.  
  • You will also actively run through the entire active warm, running drills, cool down, and stretching during each lesson to develop good habits in your routine
  • You will end this lesson by developing your running goals and filling in your month's calendar.

The following lessons you will implement:

  • An interval training session to learn how to monitor pace, breathing, and find a comfortable way to improve endurance.
  • A body weight support workout specific to supporting your running.
  • A TRX work out specific to supporting your running.

You will end the course having built an individualized weekly program to help you implement running into your normal routine, become a stronger, more resilient runner, and better balance your activity each week.  Running should be enjoyable!

  • Cost is $35/ class for the 4 week-series. The entire series must be paid for in advance to participate totaling $140
  • The course is held in person only
  • Start time Tuesdays @ 5:30pm
Class 1 Starts - 9/13/22, continues 9/20/22, 9/27/22, 10/4/22
